Lindy had fallen asleep during the bumpy bus ride! I know, I know... She has a thumb in her mouth! We'll see if we can transition her to a binkie, or else we'll deal with it when she's 4 or 5 and I get concerned with her teeth! ;-) Which, by the way I think she has four teeth right now and two on the way soon!

Amy was able to "back door" us into to photo by clicking on the first photo...
I can't stop the tears!!! They are both so precious... I know the emotions Evelyn is expressing... her tender heart... her love of her baby sister... your look at both Evelyn and Lindy... Oh, my God... does it ever get any more real than this? Love is amazing... God's defining element... LOVE!!!

I have to tell you how this sweet story and picture have blessed our family! Your sweet precious Evelyn and her compassionate, loving heart for her sister was the conversation of our bedtime routine last night, with our three girls who are waiting for their baby brother or sister to join them someday. I read your blog to them, and we looked at the pictures...and they were just glued to the computer, soaking in every word and image.
We are praying for your family and are so thrilled to know you have all met your precious Lindy. Thank you for blessing us with your story. We long for the day we can tell ours as well!!
